Terms of Use
Last updated: October 24, 2026
By using Paperzo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
Paperzo provides free tools to create, merge, split, compress, print and convert PDFs, and to resize, convert and edit images and audio. Features may change or be removed at any time.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the files you process. You confirm that you have the right to use and change them. Because processing happens on your device, keep your own backups of important originals.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use Paperzo for anything unlawful, including infringing copyright or privacy rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for harmful purposes, or overload the site.
- Do not present output as an official document (for example a certificate or a signed legal record) unless the rules where you are allow it.
4. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that output will be error-free, that it will meet a particular standard or format requirement, or that the service will always be available.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paperzo and its creator are not liable for loss of data, lost work, missed deadlines or other indirect damages arising from use of the site.
6. Third-party links and services
The site links to external sites such as a LinkedIn profile and loads resources from third-party providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under your local law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
